The Meet and Greet is mandatory before the first service is provided.  The meeting is approximately 45 minutes to an hour. 

Ideally, the meeting will occur no less than a week before the first service is scheduled.  For pet sitting, the client will visit the pet care provider's home to conduct the meeting.  For dog walks and drop-in visits, the pet care provider will visit the client’s home to conduct the meeting. 

During the meeting the pets and humans will meet to ensure that everyone is comfortable with each other.  The contract will be completed and signed. 

During the meeting, a physical key, a copy of the current pet records, and microchip numbers will be provided to the pet care provider. 

For services provided at the client's home, a tour of the home will be taken to review any security systems, location of trash cans for pet waste, cleaning supplies and pet quarters and toys. 

For services provided at the pet care provider's home, the client AND their pets must be present.

($25 for up to two pets.  $5 extra for each additional pet)

This service is provided between 8 am and 6 pm.  Any requests outside of this timeframe will be considered a “30 Minute In-Client-Home Pet Visit” (see service below) and may incur extra fees depending upon the circumstances.

This service is ideal for families that:

• Have puppies that are being house trained and need frequent bathroom breaks

• Have high-energy pets that need extra exercise to curb bad behaviors

• Have senior pets that need frequent bathroom breaks

• Have crated pets

• Have pets that need extra exercise to lose weight

• Have long work hours.
  
  

If the pet care provider visits longer than 20 minutes, there aren't any additional charges for the additional time.  At the end of the visit, the pet care provider will leave a report card detailing the visit. 

($30 for up to two pets.  $5 extra for each additional pet)

This service can be provided up to 3 times a day.

This service is provided between 8 am and 10 pm.  For requests outside of this timeframe, extra fees will be incurred depending upon the circumstances. 

This service is ideal for families that:

• Will be away from their homes most of the day or overnight

• Have pets that will not do well in a doggie day care or kennel setting

• Have pets that need to be fed meals

• Have pets that require litter box cleaning and/or changes

• Have pets that need a walk, potty break, playtime and extra attention 

• Need a home security check with options of watering plants, rotating lights, bringing in mail/newspapers/packages, and taking out the trash and/or recycle.

If the pet care provider visits longer than 30 minutes, there aren't any additional charges for the additional time.  At the end of the visit, the pet care provider will leave a report card detailing the visit. 

($55 for first pet.  Each additional pet is $30.)

For this service, the client's pets will physically be staying full time at the pet care provider's home.  Discounts may be given for this service, depending upon the arrival and departure time. 

• If the departure time is prior to 9 am, there will not be a charge for the day

• If the departure time is prior to 2 pm, the charge for the day will be half price

• If the arrival time is after 5 pm, the charge for the day will be half price.

This service is ideal for families that:

• Will be away from their homes for extended periods of time (i.e., vacations or business trips)

• Need overnight care for their pets

• Have pets that will not do well in a doggie day care or kennel setting

• Want to minimize their pet’s stress during their absence

• Want to minimize their pet’s exposure to disease

Miss D. can provide Lola’s current vaccine records.  She agrees to not leave the premises for more than 6 hours (unless another time is agreed upon) during the assignment.  Please see the Covid-19 policy regarding this service.

This service can be provided to families that do not wish for A&B Pet Care, LLC to permanently keep a physical copy of their key.  However, it is highly recommended that A&B Pet Care, LLC keep a copy of the key in case of an emergency or last minute service requests. 

The key will have a special code assigned to it that is NOT traceable to the residence.  This fee does NOT apply to the original Meet and Greet.

This service can be provided to transport the pet to or from the home for pet sitting purposes at Miss D's home.  The charge is for each trip.

This service is necessary in case of a pet emergency while services are being provided.  This service covers the transportation of the pet to and from the vet or emergency hospital.
